Vincent Dacosta

Vincent DaCosta, MBA, CSCP, currently serves as the Director of Global Sales Compensation Strategy, Operations & Systems at Databricks, where the focus is on transforming the commissions program to support organizational growth through technology and efficient processes. Prior to this role, Vincent held positions at GitHub, where responsibilities included creating and operationalizing global incentive compensation plans, and at OpenSymmetry as a Principal Strategy Consultant, leading assessments for Sales Performance Management. Vincent has also worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Xactly Corp and held various managerial roles at Walgreens, where significant achievements included leading sales operations and managing sales compensation. Vincent holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
