Walt served as Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Omada Health, a digital health startup focused on preventing obesity-related chronic diseases. Walt held several director positions at Salesforce, including Director of Customer & Market Strategy and Director of Business Value Services - Healthcare, where responsibilities included demonstrating the value of Salesforce solutions and managing customer engagement throughout digital transformations. Currently, Walt is the Director of Business Value Consulting at Databricks, supporting the unification of data and AI for over 7,000 organizations. Prior to these roles, Walt gained valuable experience at Deloitte Consulting as Manager of Strategy & Operations, and worked as a Commercial Business Analyst at RBC.
