Sam Azadi is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Databuoy Corporation, a position held since 2025. Previously, Sam was a Principal Scientist at the University of Pennsylvania - Singh Center for Nanotechnology from 2021 to 2025, and a Research Assistant there from 2017 to 2021. Sam also served as a Graduate Student Fellow at the Singh Center for Nanotechnology from 2016 to 2017, contributing to significant research in microfabrication. Sam earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nanotechnology and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, following a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shiraz University.
