Lukas Klein

Lukas Klein has a diverse range of work experience. Lukas started their professional career in 2007 as an Intern in the IT Department of MC - Bauchemie. Lukas then worked as a Web Developer at Netzkommune from August 2010 to April 2011 and at Smokeylemon Ltd from September 2011 to January 2012. In January 2012, they joined Peppmedien as a Web Developer. Later that year, in June, they worked as an IT Security and Risk Office Intern at SAP, where they gained insights into ISO/IEC certifications and the security audit process. In August 2012, Lukas had an internship at DataSift as a Software Engineering Intern, where they developed a tool to track and analyze the impact of influencers on social media. In 2012, they co-founded Product Gang GmbH, a company where they held the role of Managing Director. Most recently, Lukas founded Datacake in 2017, where they currently serve as the CTO and Founder.

Lukas Klein completed their secondary education at Heinrich Heine Gymnasium from 2002 to 2011, obtaining their Abitur (A-Levels) with a focus on Maths, Physics, English, and Social Sciences. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Ruhr University Bochum from 2012 to 2016, specializing in IT Security. In 2011, Lukas also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
