Director Of Data Science And AI Curriculum at DataCamp

Amy Peterson has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Research Assistant at Boston University School of Medicine. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Research Analyst at Duke University Health System. In 2017, they joined the Lieber Institute for Brain Development as an Intern, and in 2018, they became a Data Science Content Developer at DataCamp. Amy then progressed to roles such as Core Curriculum Manager, Head of Core Curriculum, and currently serves as the Director of Data Science and AI Curriculum at DataCamp.

Amy Peterson received a Master of Public Health (M.P.H) degree in Biostatistics & Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Neuroscience at Boston University from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in 2021 and as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in March 2020.
