Tracy Findell currently serves as Head of Managed Services at Datacentreplus since March 2025. Prior to this role, Findell held the position of Head of Technical Services at Virtue Technologies Limited from September 2021 to October 2024. Previous experience includes leadership roles at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where Findell was Head of IT and Head of IT Service Delivery from March 2018 to April 2020, and at DX (Group) plc in similar capacities from October 2015 to October 2018. Additionally, Findell served as Senior IT Service Manager at Equiniti from August 2012 to October 2015, overseeing an ITIL-driven outsourced contract for the North East and North West regions. Earlier experience includes an extensive tenure at DWP Corporate IT from September 1993 to January 2012, where Findell contributed to service strategy design and implementation for a national IT service transformation initiative. Education was pursued at Swindon College of Art & Design.
