Nkululeko Bila

Nkululeko Bila is an experienced technical support and network engineering professional, currently serving as a 2nd Line Support Engineer at Datacentrix since October 2023. Previous roles include Network Engineer and 1st Line Support Engineer at Vodacom from November 2019 to October 2023, and NOC Engineer at DV8 Technology Group from May 2018 to November 2019. Early career experience includes a Junior NOC Engineer internship at NIL learning, where responsibilities encompassed fault and performance monitoring, problem troubleshooting, and incident reporting. Nkululeko began in the IT field as a Technical Support Intern at iTMaster from July 2015 to June 2016, providing diverse technical support services and maintaining customer relationships.
