Jeff King

Jeff King is currently serving as the Interim CEO at Dataclef. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Audiam Inc from July 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Interim Chief Executive Officer at MediaNet from May 2020 to January 2021.

Jeff King has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the music industry. Jeff served as the Vice President of Licensing at SOCAN from March 2008 to January 2011, where they were responsible for sales and marketing strategy development and results for all business conducted within Canada. Jeff also led a 85-person bilingual staff in 5 offices and managed a $7M expense budget.

During their time at SOCAN, Jeff King was instrumental in expanding the number of customers from 28,000 to 41,000 in 24 months. Jeff also lead the development of a plan that reduced A/R from $7.3M to $1.5M over a 24 month period.

Jeff King is a member of CISAC Radio and Television Broadcasting Technical Committee.

Jeff King's educational career includes completing an Honours BA at Wilfrid Laurier University in Jeff'story and Business Administration.
