Crystal Cox

Crystal Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the color matching and coatings industries. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Specialist at Datacolor since September 1998, Crystal focuses on point of sale support for retail paint color matching applications, along with providing technical sales support. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as a Laboratory Technician at Catawba Charlab from May 1992 to September 1998, handling pigment color quality control, product evaluation, and technical writing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Laboratory Technician at Southern Coatings/Pratt & Lambert from February 1990 to May 1992, where responsibilities centered on reformulating coatings to reduce VOCs and ensuring color quality control. Crystal holds degrees from Queens University of Charlotte and the University of South Carolina.
