Tom Melvin

Tom Melvin is an experienced sales and operations professional with a robust background in the coatings industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Datacolor since September 2017, Tom previously held the role of Regional Sales Manager at Sherwin-Williams from 2014 to 2017, where management of a 15-member sales team was a key responsibility. Tom also contributed to sales growth as part of the Technical Sales & Training Team. Earlier in the career, Tom was the Director of Operations at Duckback Products from 1997 to 2014, overseeing shipping, receiving, production, maintenance, and customer service while consistently meeting safety, financial, and production objectives. Additionally, Tom served as Customer Service Manager, leading a 5-person inside sales team to achieve company-wide sales goals.
