Leonardo Efel is an Application Engineer with over nine years of experience in network engineering. They graduated from UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional with a degree focused on Computer Networks and have demonstrated proficiency in MPLS technologies, routing protocols, and various vendor equipment. Previously, Leonardo worked as a Telecommunications Technician at CST Internet, where they were involved in NOC operations and network maintenance, and as a Network Analyst at Pulse TI Soluções Corporativas em Tecnologia, managing network and server infrastructure. Currently, they assist clients at Datacom by providing customer service, conducting technical training, and designing network topologies.
