Allison Weber

Allison Weber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management, currently serving as a Principal Delivery Manager at Datacom since June 2005. In this role, Allison oversees the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across multiple agile product squads, manages release schedules, and ensures budget and scope adherence to deliver iterative value. Prior positions at Datacom include Practice Lead, Product Owner (Business Manager), Project Manager, and Test Manager/Test Consultant. Before Datacom, Allison was a Test Lead/Senior Test Analyst at NZ Police from May 2004 to May 2005. Allison holds a degree from the University of South Africa, completed between 1988 and 1991.
