Ben Smith

Ben Smith has extensive experience in the field of IT and data analytics, currently holding the position of Senior Insights Manager at Datacom since May 2014. Prior to this role, Ben served in various capacities at Datacom Cloud, including Cloud Platform Manager and PaaS and DaaS Manager. Ben's career also includes positions at Microsoft as a Technical Marketing Specialist and significant involvement with the Institute of IT Professionals NZ, where roles included Projects and Engagement Coordinator and Chairman of the Young IT Professionals Group. Ben's education includes a Bachelor of Information Science with a focus on Information Systems and Marketing from Massey University, complemented by ongoing IT training.
