Chia-Hung Keng

Chia-Hung Keng is a Solution Architect at Datacom with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering contact center technology solutions. Previously, Chia-Hung worked as a Technical Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they focused on custom application development using the Genesys Platform SDK. Additionally, they held various roles at Interactive Intelligence, including Lead Developer, where they led call center development projects across the APAC region. Chia-Hung earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with First Class Honours from INTI International University and a diploma in Information and Communication Technology from INTI College Subang Jaya.
