David Akbary

David Akbary is a seasoned Network Engineer with over a decade of experience at Datacom since May 2011. In this role, David is responsible for implementing and maintaining the internal infrastructure and client networks, ensuring high network availability for optimal performance. Prior to this, David served as the Technical Lead for NSW Support Services, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between service desks and resolver groups, implementing service desk measures, and delivering performance reports. David’s career also includes roles as a Service Desk Agent, providing both phone and email support, and as a Senior IT Technician at Ultimate Int Pty Ltd, focused on maintaining IT resources and providing end-user support. The initial experience as a Junior IT Tech Support at Bettaplex PTY. LTD. laid the foundation for a successful career in IT. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Forensics from Western Sydney University.
