Dinesh Sharma

Dinesh Sharma is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the AWS Regional Practice Lead at Datacom since November 2020. Prior to this role, Dinesh worked as a Cloud Solutions Engineer/Consultant at AC3 and held multiple positions at The University of Auckland, including Senior Systems Engineer in the Cloud Centre of Excellence, where Dinesh was instrumental in establishing AWS cloud tenancies for various faculties and service divisions. Dinesh’s extensive background also includes roles at Auckland Council as a Systems Engineer, focusing on server issue escalation and infrastructure architecture, and earlier experiences in network support at Solarix Systems. Dinesh holds multiple diplomas in business IT, ICT network engineering, and electronics from accredited institutions.
