Eric Lee

Eric Lee is an experienced Agile Coach currently leading agile transformation initiatives at Datacom since April 2022, positively impacting the organization, teams, and customers through mindset and cultural changes. As the Founder and Principal Trainer of Agile View since October 2016, Eric provides technology process training and consulting on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Previously, Eric served as Scrum Master and Agile Transformation Champion at NTT Ltd. from October 2019 to April 2022 and held roles at Dimension Data, where responsibilities included enhancing efficiency and implementing agile practices. Eric's career includes significant positions at Symantec and Symantec Cloud Services, focusing on program management, agile implementation, and the development of innovative web platforms. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from UNSW and completed HSC at St. Andrew's Cathedral School.
