Fiona Monks has accumulated extensive experience in digital strategy and customer experience management, currently serving as the Business Manager for Digital Experience at Datacom since March 2014. In this role, Fiona leads a team focused on delivering customer-centered digital web experiences through effective design, user research, and platform development. Previous to this, Fiona acted as Strategy & Optimisation Manager at Datacom, providing consulting services to corporate and enterprise clients to enhance their digital assets. Prior roles include Business Strategist at DigitasLBi, Propositions Manager at BT Directories, and Ecommerce Manager for BT Tradespace, along with experience at Ferrit and Yellow New Zealand. Fiona holds both a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University of Otago.
