Francois Cross currently serves as a Principal Consultant at Datacom since February 2025. Prior to this role, Francois held positions as Principal Data Engineer and Acting Manager of Data Engineering at the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand from May 2022 to March 2025. Francois was also a Lead Consultant and Business Intelligence Specialist at Qrious Limited from September 2019 to May 2022, and worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at NOW Consulting NZ for a brief period in mid-2019. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at ITBusiness (Pty) Ltd from January 2008 to July 2019, as well as consulting roles at KID Group, BCX, and technical development at Nedcor. Francois earned a National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1996 and 1999.
