Ingrid Smith

Ingrid Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Datacom since May 2018, Ingrid has held various roles including Operations Manager, Service Desk Team Lead, System Analyst, and Senior Service Desk Analyst. Prior to joining Datacom, Ingrid worked as a Coordinator at JB Hi-Fi from May 2016 to May 2018. Ingrid holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Canberra, completed between 2011 and 2014.
