James Little has extensive experience in service delivery and incident management, beginning with a role as a Service Desk Analyst and progressing to Service Delivery Manager at Datacom from July 2019 to the present. Prior to this, James held positions as a Lighting Technician at Southward Car Museum and Grouse Lighting from January 2016 to March 2020, with a gap in employment due to the Covid-19 pandemic. James completed education at Kapiti College between 2013 and 2016.
