Jen Butt is a results-driven service designer currently serving as a Senior Experience Designer at Datacom since 2024. Previously, Jen held the position of Principal Service Designer at the Department of Corrections NZ from 2022 to 2024 and has extensive experience in project management across public and non-profit sectors, including roles as a Senior Project Officer at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, and as a Design Lead at WorkSafe New Zealand. Jen earned a degree in Design Strategy and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology between 2020 and 2021 and is enthusiastic about driving positive change through user-centered service models and impactful project delivery.
