General Manager Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement

Joelene Cibulskis has extensive experience in sales and management within the corporate sector, having held various significant roles at Spark New Zealand from June 2014 to December 2015, including Sales Manager for Corporate Business and Agile Coach. In this capacity, Joelene empowered teams to adopt agile methodologies, focusing on customer-centricity and continuous improvement. Following this, Joelene joined Datacom in June 2019 as Capability and Client Experience Manager, progressing to General Manager of Service Delivery for New Zealand in April 2023, where the emphasis continues on service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
