John Kaleski

John Kaleski is an Associate Director of Specialist Sales and Strategic Growth at Datacom, where they drive strategic growth and innovation. With a strong background in IT and business across Australia, Asia Pacific, and Japan, John has demonstrated a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive workplace. Previously, they held leadership positions at notable companies including IBM, Dell Technologies, and Microsoft, achieving significant revenue growth and earning several awards. John is also an active board member of a technology start-up and was previously involved with the AIIA Cloud Special Interest Group. Currently, they are pursuing their education at Macquarie University and Sydney Grammar School.
