Karen Ross

Karen Ross is an experienced Learning and Organizational Development professional with a strong background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Learning and OD Manager at Datacom since December 2019, Karen previously held positions at Telstra, including Learning Capability Lead and Senior Program Manager. Karen's experience at Coles involved enhancing Operations Leadership Capability while redesigning learning programs. Prior roles include Learning and Development Consultant during a career break, Learning Stream Manager at ANZ, and Learning Manager for Australia Operations. Karen began her career at Esanda as Manager of Learning Solutions. Educationally, Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Monash University.
