Lou Compagnone

Lou Compagnone is currently serving as the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Datacom since May 2022, having previously held the position of Associate Director of Design & Experience. Prior to this role, Lou worked as a self-employed contractor specializing in design and strategy and served as Design Director at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive. Additional experience includes positions as UX Director at *experience, Head of FindSomeone at Trade Me, User Experience Lead and Customer Experience Manager at Coles, Web Content Editor at East Sussex County Council, Book Project Editor at The Guild of Master Craftsmen, Web & News Editor at the Royal Town Planning Institute, and Sub-Editor at Box Magazine International. Lou is pursuing a Master’s degree in Creative Writing from Victoria University of Wellington and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing and Publishing from Curtin University.
