Mark Skinner

Mark Skinner currently serves as the Practice Lead for Major Incident Management at Datacom, a role focused on overseeing the effective management and resolution of significant incidents within customer IT environments. Prior to this position, Mark held various roles at Massey University, including Senior Major Incident Manager and Manager of Application Support, where responsibilities involved leading a team supporting critical applications and ensuring seamless integration across services. Mark's extensive experience in the IT field includes positions such as Operations Manager at Business Technology Group and IT Manager at URS New Zealand Ltd, along with a foundational role as Network Administrator at Regency Duty Free. Mark holds a DCS in Computers from Unitec, completed between 1995 and 1999.
