Nikoo Sanayei

Nikoo Sanayei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management, change management, and quality assurance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Practice Lead for Change & Release Management at Datacom since October 2012, Sanayei has held several key positions that include Senior Change Manager and ITIL Change Manager. Prior experience includes a role as IT Service Management Senior Manager at MTN Irancell, where significant achievements included the establishment and optimization of IT service management processes and accountability for IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Sanayei's earlier career involved roles as a Quality Specialist and Project Coordinator at BaharanIT and System Group, respectively, focusing on quality management systems and project coordination. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tehran.
