Paul Robinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and program management. Currently serving as the Director of CX Customer Success at Datacom since January 2020, Paul previously held the role of Program Executive at the Australian Government Department of Human Services from February 2018 to January 2020. With a strong background in technology and operations, Paul worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from July 2012 to March 2017 as Senior Director - Global Design & Engineer for Asia Pacific and also served as Business Improvement / Automation Director. Earlier roles included Director of End User Computing at HP from March 2008 to March 2012 and various positions at Electronic Data Systems, culminating in roles such as Contact Centre Operations Director and Service Desk Operations Manager.
