Ric Jarratt

Ric Jarratt is currently the Dynamics CE Practice Lead at Datacom, where they leverage their extensive IT experience to assist users with technical issues and act as a mentor to junior staff. Ric has developed their technical knowledge through a progression of roles within Datacom, including Service Desk Analyst and CRM Administrator. Prior to Datacom, they worked as a Casual IT Technical Support Officer at Capital Workforce Solutions and held various positions at Woolworths Limited. Ric also holds a Diploma in Information Technology with a focus on programming from CIT.
