Roger Faithfull

Roger Faithfull has extensive experience in IT management and service assurance, currently serving as the Manager of Quality & Service Assurance at Datacom since July 2003, where responsibilities include governance and service improvement for Datacom Systems Limited in Wellington. Prior to this role, Roger managed teams focusing on Change, Release, and Configuration Management for outsource customers and acted as an ITIL Champion. Roger's earlier career includes various IT management positions at NZ Post from November 1994 to June 2003, where responsibilities involved delivering IT services, and as Computer Services Manager at Transit New Zealand from August 1991 to November 1994. Initially, Roger began as an IT Manager at ICL New Zealand from April 1985 to February 1991, which included a two-year tenure in Fiji as Account Support Manager.
