Ruiqing Liang

Ruiqing Liang is a Principal Consultant and Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. They began their career as a Software Engineer and System Analyst at the Luoyang Institute of Electro-Optical Device from 1999 to 2002, followed by a role as a Software Engineer at In1 Solutions from 2007 to 2009. Ruiqing has held multiple leadership positions at Datacom, including Team Manager, Team Lead, and Development, Release and Environment Manager, from 2021 to 2023. They also worked as a Java Developer, SOA Integrator, and BI consultant at gen-i in 2010. Ruiqing holds a BSc in Computer Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from The University of Waikato, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from the PLA Information Engineering University.
