Sean McGarry

Sean McGarry is a seasoned creative professional with over two decades of brand-led design experience in New Zealand and the U.K. Currently serving as Practice Lead - Design & Experience at Datacom since March 2022, Sean previously worked as a Senior Experience Designer and operated as a Senior Freelance Creative from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior roles include Creative Director at Voice Brand Agency and Business and Strategy Director at Base Two Design, where Sean contributed to award-winning design projects. In addition, Sean has held various leadership positions, including Past President of the Designers Institute of New Zealand. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Fine and Applied Art from the Auckland Institute of Technology and the Dunedin School of Art.
