Shane Narainsamy

Shane Narainsamy has over two decades of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), currently serving as Team Manager at Datacom since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of IAM consultants and architects, as well as defining IAM strategies and delivering PAM/IAM solutions for clients across various industries including finance, healthcare, education, and energy. Prior to Datacom, Shane held multiple roles at Standard Bank Group from April 2002 to April 2015, progressing through positions such as Senior Security Engineer, Technical Lead for IAM, and Oracle Developer, contributing to research, development, and implementation efforts.
