Shawn Antonelli

Shawn Antonelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and CRM solutions, currently serving as the General Manager of Sales Operations at Datacom since August 2021. Previously, Shawn worked at Fujitsu Australia Limited for almost a decade, where roles included Alliance Director, overseeing the implementation of strategies for Citrix and Microsoft business development, and Director of CRM Solutions, leading the nationwide Dynamics CRM practice. With a background rooted in managing CRM practices at various organizations, including Oakton, EclipseOne, and Customer Systems International, Shawn has built a strong expertise in providing CRM solutions and fostering team development in the technology sector. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Teaching from Queensland University of Technology and has completed specialized training in Fusion CRM Implementation and SAP.
