Solitha Matharage

Solitha Matharage is an accomplished Network Engineer with extensive experience in managing network operations and IT management, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Since December 2021, Solitha has been serving as a Network Engineer at Datacom and previously held similar positions at Empired Ltd and Dimension Data. With a strong background in overseeing multiple Network Operation Centers for Sri Lanka Airlines, Solitha has demonstrated expertise in data, VOIP, and wireless networks while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Proficient in network performance monitoring tools and incident management, Solitha has led teams to maintain high service levels and conducted rigorous disaster recovery drills.
