Sonya O'Neill

Sonya O'Neill has extensive experience in IT project management, having held various roles at Datacom since November 2012, including IT Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, and IT Project Administrator. Sonya also served as a Service Desk Analyst in Datacom's Auckland Service Desk. Prior to the current IT role, Sonya worked as a Duty Manager at The Clare Inn from 2007 to 2015, where responsibilities included supervising and training staff, bar and restaurant supervision, health and safety management, maintenance of end-of-service records, and cash handling. Additionally, Sonya was a Duty Manager at The Paddington Bar & Restaurant from 2006 to 2007. Sonya O'Neill holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Diploma in Information & Communication Technology from Manukau Institute of Technology, completed between 2013 and 2017.
