Valter Boatto

Valter Boatto has extensive experience in human resources and people management, having served as the People and Culture Lead at Datacom from April 2016 to June 2022. Prior to this role, Valter was the Senior Manager of Human Capital for ANZ at TeleTech, where leadership was provided for a diverse range of client programs. Additional experience includes positions as Manager of Personnel at FutureStaff Pty Ltd, Senior HR Advisor at Baycorp (Aust) Pty Ltd, and General Manager of HR, Safety, and Compliance at Total Ventilation Hygiene. Valter's professional journey also includes a role as Regional Manager of People Strategy at Datacom, where initiatives were implemented to enhance workplace support across multiple regions.
