Franca Castelli

Franca Castelli is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at DataCore Software since February 2019, Franca has also held the position of Marketing Manager for Italy. As a co-founder and Head of Marketing at JobReference srls since November 2015, Franca has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills. Notably, Franca was selected as a Young Transatlantic Innovation Leader (YTILI Fellow) by the U.S. Department of State in 2018, representing Italy among 70 young innovators in Europe. Previous roles include Head of E-Marketing Operations at Natexo, Marketing & Communication Coordinator at 24 Adv, and a range of positions in marketing and customer service at prominent companies such as Blumarine and Coca-Cola HBC.
