Colin O'Malley

Colin O'Malley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in privacy, strategy, and technology. Currently serving as a Board Member at Menlo since October 2020, O'Malley is also the Founder and Principal of Lucid Privacy Group, offering product, positioning, and policy guidance to startups in privacy-sensitive markets since January 2013. Additionally, O'Malley founded Briefly.co in April 2013, focusing on tools for curating online content, and holds significant advisory positions at Tapad, Datacoup, First Growth Venture Network, and Ghostery, Inc., where O'Malley co-founded the company and directed corporate strategy and privacy initiatives. O'Malley's previous role as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Programs at TRUSTe involved leading commercial accreditation in web privacy and related sectors. Additionally, O'Malley has served on the Board of Live Oak School and was the CEO of Vocab Vitamins.
