Matthew began their career in 2005 as a Customer Services Representative for Intermediary Mortgages at Alliance & Leicester. In 2007, they moved to Bank of Ireland, where they held various positions, including Customer Operations, Insights & Change Manager, Project Manager, Customer Experience Manager - Network NI, Debit Cards UK Business Manager, and Service Delivery - Operations BBUK. Since 2017, Matthew has been employed at Datactics, where they have held the roles of Head of Marketing, Marketing & Partnerships Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Matthew Flenley completed a BA (Hons.) in Transportation Design from Northumbria University between 1999 and 2002, with a field of study in Art/Design/Technology. Prior to that, they studied Maths, Physics, and Graphical Communication at Peter Symonds' College from 1997 to 1999.
