Stuart Harvey

CEO at Datactics

Stuart Harvey has extensive experience in the software industry, having held various positions since 1990. From 1990 to 1996, they worked at Reuters Germany as a Technical Architect and Systems Engineer, and was responsible for software development and testing for Reuters trading room system platforms. In 1996, they founded Harco Technology, where they served as Managing Director and developed the DART application, which is used by 25+ global banks to monitor/report usage of market data. In 2006, Harco Technology was acquired by Wombat Financial Software, where they served as Vice President of the Entitlements Division. In 2007, they joined NYSE Euronext as Vice President of the Entitlements Division. From 2008 to 2011, they were the CEO of i-Path Diagnostics Ltd, a spin-out from Queen's University Medical School providing software to support digital pathology using the web. Since 2013, they have been the CEO of Datactics Ltd, a company that specializes in providing software that supports the reporting of entitlements and usage for market data.

Stuart Harvey's education history began in 1974 when they attended Grosvenor High School until 1981. In 1983, they enrolled at Ulster University and obtained a BSc in Computer Science in 1987. In 1991, they attended the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre for a Technology scale-up program. In 2018, they participated in the International Growth Programme at Trinity College Dublin. Most recently, in 2020, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
