Joel Thom has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Joel began their career in 2008 as a Property Manager at Whitley Property Management, where they were responsible for managing properties. In 2012, they joined Fantoon Lab as a Product Manager and Marketing Intern, where they contributed to product management and marketing initiatives.

Joel also worked as a Consultant at JT Digital Strategy from 2012 to 2016, providing strategic guidance to clients. In 2014, they briefly served as an Assistant Manager at Locus Workspace.

In 2014, Joel joined TeskaLabs as a BDR - United States, focusing on business development. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Bruce Bauer as a Digital Strategy Manager, overseeing digital strategy implementation.

Joel is also an entrepreneur and has founded two companies. In 2016, they founded San Antonio Circle Workspace, where they were responsible for the establishment and management of the workspace. Joel also founded Honza in 2016, where they contributed to the company's growth and success as a founder.

Currently, Joel works as the Head of Customer Success at Dataddo, where they focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Joel Thom attended California State University-Sacramento from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Digital Media and Mass Communications. In 2014, they also participated in an International Program at Charles University, focusing on Communications, New Media, and Journalism.
