Ian Leysen

Ian Leysen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Datadobi, a company established in November 2009 that specializes in software solutions for data migration and protection, primarily serving Fortune 2000 clients. Prior to founding Datadobi, Leysen held various roles in quality assurance, including Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at EMC from September 2001 to September 2009, and Manager of Quality Assurance at Mediagenix in Brussels, Belgium, from September 1998 to August 2001. Earlier experience includes serving as QA & Release Manager at Wave Research, a leader in automated software distribution for the Macintosh platform, which was later acquired by EMC. Ian Leysen holds a Master in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Micro Electronics from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven and pursued Complementary Studies in Applied Economics at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven, although the degree was not completed.
