Bavitha Vinod

Bavitha Vinod is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and implementing agile methodologies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Datadog since November 2024, Bavitha previously held the same title at SoFi, where the restructuring of a 14-member engineering team into three agile teams led to a significant increase in operational efficiency. With a solid background that includes leadership roles at Stash and innRoad, where key projects included the development of a user authentication system and enhancements to legacy systems, Bavitha has consistently demonstrated expertise in software engineering and team development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Park University.
