Brett Grau

Brett Grau is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as a Product Design Manager at Datadog since August 2025, Brett previously held the role of Director of Product Design at MaintainX and Director of Design at Resilia, where responsibilities included building product roadmaps and conducting user research. Prior positions feature a Design Lead role at Originate, where Brett managed design teams and facilitated design sprints, and as a Senior UX Designer at Newsela, contributing to product launches and leading research initiatives. Early career experiences encompass roles from Senior Interactive Designer at Flightpath to UI Design Intern at Moodlerooms, Inc., showcasing a strong foundation in both user-centered design and collaboration across diverse teams.
