Cara Callan

Cara Callan is an accomplished professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Datadog since April 2021, after progressing through various managerial roles there. Previously, Cara held senior management positions at Xandr and AppNexus, and served as a Compensation Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. Cara began in the HR field as an HR Analyst at Rent The Runway, and gained early experience through internships at Towers Watson and Tedeschi Food Shops. Cara holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Communication Studies from Stonehill College.
