Chrissy Ferro

Chrissy Ferro has spent the past four years developing and leading teams for an influential organization dedicated to ending the AIDS epidemic, primarily focusing on fundraising while deriving great satisfaction from fostering team growth and success. Currently, Chrissy serves as the Team Lead for Recruiting Systems at Datadog, co-leading an Enterprise Resource Group that supports employees with disabilities and neurodivergence. With extensive experience in recruitment and team management, Chrissy has previously held various roles at Datadog and MZA Events, Inc., where they excelled in optimizing recruitment operations and targeted fundraising efforts. Chrissy holds a BA from the State University of New York College at Purchase and a certificate from Cornell University.
