Christian Lochner

Christian Lochner is currently the Head of Technical Enablement for EMEA and APJ at Datadog, where they are focused on enhancing customer success and product adoption through scalable training programs and data-driven insights. Previously, Christian was the Director of Client Support, Implementation, and Customer Experience at Digital Science, where they led the migration of 15 portfolio companies into Salesforce and implemented initiatives that significantly boosted customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. With over 20 years of experience in customer support and success, Christian has held key positions at Blackboard, managing international client support operations and driving significant improvements in customer loyalty and service delivery. They began their career in database development and later transitioned to roles in web design and application engineering. Christian holds a Business Administration Diploma from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Berlin, Germany.
