Cody Lee has extensive experience in engineering and management across multiple organizations. From August 2012 to August 2018, Cody served as Conference Chairman for the Texas Linux Festival, where responsibilities included organizing the annual event and attracting sponsors. As Technical Co-Founder at WellAware.us from February 2012 to June 2017, Cody managed developers, implemented Agile methodologies, and contributed to the development of a Python library for a graph database. At Datadog, Cody progressed from Software Engineering Manager (June 2017 - April 2020) to Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on API platform reliability and team leadership, and currently holds the position of Director of Engineering since August 2023. Additionally, Cody provided independent consulting in mechanical engineering at InCube Labs from August 2011 to February 2013, where innovative technology was developed and patented to address energy demands.
